Baked Potatoes with Bacon and Cheddar


Bacon, Cheese & Potatoes? Individually, all these ingredients are already delicious, but combining them and baking them will equate in a bomb of deliciousness for you and your guests!

All you need:

4 baking potatoes, cut into halves

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/4 cup melted butter

8 slices of bacon (cooked & crumbled)

Optional:1/2 cup chopped green onions


Step-by-Step Guide

1.) Preheat over to 200 C (400 F)

2.) Brush both sides of the cut potato slices with butter, place them on a baking sheet and bake potatoes for 20-30 minutes until slightly browned.

3.) When Potatoes are ready top with cheese, bacon and green onion (optional). Continue baking until cheese is melted
